Rob is a second year doctoral student from Shelby, Michigan. He earned a BA in Psychology from Kalamazoo College in Kalamazoo, Michigan and his MS in Sport and Exercise Psychology at Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana. While at Ball State, Rob also completed a minor in Counseling. Rob is currently a Swiger Fellow and teaches undergraduate courses in the Sport and Exercise Psychology department. His main research interests include the implications of athletic identity on student-athlete well-being and the psychosocial aspects of sport injury rehabilitation. In his free time Rob enjoys being outside as much as possible (while providing ample protection for his fair skin) playing various sports, geocaching, hiking, or being out on the water. He is also fond of playing games with friends, reading and watching some good TV.
