Strength and Conditioning

A great fit if you would like to work preparing individuals for competition or high performance in a variety of settings, such as collegiate, professional, high school, or military.

 In this track you will learn how to create detailed training prescriptions aimed at enhancing various adaptations related to performance for athletes at all levels and individuals in the military and private sector. You'll gain the knowledge and practical skills necessary to sit for the Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist ( CSCS) exam.
