Physical Education and Kinesiology
Fast Facts:
- Participate in and learn to teach outdoor adventure, lifetime leisure and team and individual sports and activities (e.g., archery, swimming, tennis, soccer, disc games)
- Gain hands-on teaching experience with students with a variety of disabilities and special needs.
- Our PEK majors have posted a 100 percent passage rate on the Physical Education Content Specialization test during the past five years. More than 160 students have taken the PRAXIS II test.

Sport and Exercise Psychology

- WVU’s undergraduate SEP program is one of the few in the nation that allows
students to specialize in sport and exercise psychology.
