Implementation and accountability
This document represents a strategic direction for the college over the next five years. In addition to the strategic plan, administration has worked to establish a timeline, resources required, and responsibilities for implementation and assessment of the plan.
At the end of each academic year, we will prepare a report on progress made toward implementation of the plan. This report will be shared with faculty, staff and the visiting committee and will be posted on the CPASS webpage. To be successful in today’s higher education environment, colleges must be nimble and responsive to change. With this in mind we will continually assess and modify the plan as needed.
