Martial Arts Classes – Summer 2013
Adult Beginning Tae Kwon Do
Tae Kwon Do is a dynamic martial art that compliments all aspects of fitness as well as self-defense. Its emphasis on long, high, powerful kicks and precise movements help the body go through dynamic physical change. Practicing Tae Kwon Do gives you mental and physical awareness as well as a great means of self-defense.
Location: Elizabeth Moore Hall Gym
Dates: Session I: May 21 – June 27
Session II: July 2 – Aug 8 (no class July 4)
Day & Time: Tuesdays & Thursdays 6:00 pm – 7:15 pm
Fee: $75.00 per session
Adult Advanced Tae Kwon Do
Tae Kwon Do is a dynamic martial art that compliments all aspects of fitness as well as self-defense. Youth Beginning Tae Kwon Do
Ages 5-15
This class is designed to introduce and teach young children the discipline of martial arts. Keeping concentration, fitness, & self defense in mind the class will develop children through the various levels of Tae Kwon Do, in a fun, energetic atmosphere. All levels welcome and children will be divided up depending on skill level.

Youth Advanced Tae Kwon Do
This class builds upon the skills learned in beginning Tae Kwon Do.
