Terri Arends serves as the group fitness director at the Aaron family Jewish community center of Dallas. As a multi-faceted fitness professional, Arends promotes well-being through group fitness to boost member retention and customer service satisfaction. Arends holds a bachelor’s degree in physical education and master’s degree in sport management from WVU. She is certified through NASM, Kettlebell Concepts and many other group fitness specialty certifications. Arends is a well-known presenter on the national fitness front at WSSC, DCAC, and Can Fit Pro. As a master instructor for Spinning, Arends puts fitness to work at the Dallas JCC by creating group fitness programs that not only get results for clients but also strives to deliver programming that embraces the spirit of community. In the summer of 2015, Arends will be presenting at the World Spinning and Sport Conference in Miami.
